Parent/Guardian Involvement
Throughout the year, teachers will meet with parents/guardians to review their child's progress through meetings at the center. The conferences will be scheduled at the convenience of the family. Additionally, parents/guardians will receive weekly information regarding their child's progress and development. We encourage parents/guardians to visit and participate in our program in any way that their schedule allows.
- 6 Weeks to 1 Year: 1 Staff Member to 4 Children
- 1 Year: 1 Staff Member to 4 Children
- 2 Years: 1 Staff Member to 7 Children
- 3 Years: 1 Staff Member to 8 Children
- 4 Years: 1 Staff Member to 10 Children
- 5 Years: 1 Staff Member to 10 Children
Tuition & Payment Arrangements
Creative Beginnings offers full time, five days per week care at a rate of $400 a week for every classroom.
Payment considerations
Payments are processed on Thursdays via ACH through the Smartcare system. You may choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
- A $50 fee will be charged for insufficient funds.
- A $10 fee will be charged to parents for payment received after 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
- If any account is two weeks past due, care will be immediately terminated.
- A charge for parent/guardian who picks up their child (after 5:00p.m.) First minute is $5 and $1 a minute after 5:01. Parents who are consistently late (more than once in seven day period) will be charged an additional $20 on top of the standard late fee.
- A $20/ week sibling discount is available.
