Bianca Donegan

Bianca started with us in November of 2025. She earned her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Maine Community College. Bianca also has a background in theatre, which comes in handy when entertaining infants! She has been a fantastic addition to our team; we are so lucky to have her!

Nicole Myers

Nicole joined Creative Beginnings in 2008 and has worked in almost every classroom! Prior to Creative Beginnings, Nicole worked at Buxton Rec, and in other childcare settings.  She is an asset to our team coming in each day with positive energy, enthusiasm, and a comforting smile.

Nichole Flemming

Nichole has been with Creative Beginnings since December of 2022. She attended the Early Childhood Education program at Southern Maine Community College and has worked in childcare since 2009. Nichole’s quiet, patient, and creative demeanor has made her a wonderful addition to the infant team!
